We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.

→ Damage Waiver - There is accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance! '

→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

Amazing view!

This condo has amazing views with a large private balcony facing the ocean! Exactly what I was wanting. Directly on the beach. I enjoyed having coffee each morning on the private balcony. Clean and well kept condo, fully stocked with everything you might need. My one and only complaint is the wristbands for $6 per person to use the facilities seemed unnecessary but, i realize that’s a property management fee and not necessarily the condo owners fee. I would rent this unit again. Great communication from the condo owner.
