Sunsplash - Next to Pool, Beach & Rosemary w/ Rooftop Deck.

Sunsplash is conveniently located right at the front of the Seacrest neighborhood, but not directly on 30A so no street noise. It's directly across from the 12,000 square foot pool and very close (~100yds) to the beach and the shops/restaurants in Rosemary and Alys. If you look at the map below, you'll see that it's the second house on the right when you enter the neighborhood.

Sunsplash has lots of privacy -- especially on the rooftop deck where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can play and ride their bikes. And, it's just a 3-minute stroll down a private, palm-lined path to the beach. If you prefer not to walk, a complimentary golf cart will pick you up at your doorstep. It's also just a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and live music at Peddler's Pavilion (~50 yards), Rosemary and Alys.

We love to cook and entertain, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout makes it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. Relax in front of the 60" HD TV with 5.1 Surround Sound and watch a movie or listen to music. There’s also high-speed gigabit fiber internet access and WiFi, and a complete selection of board games for the kids.

Sunsplash sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with four large, well appointed bedrooms, including the 3rd floor ‘family suite,’ each with its own full bath and TV.

Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor and candy store.

A 15 minute car ride East will take you to Pier Park. This indoor/outdoor mall boasts a magnificent new movie theater, great restaurants, fun shops and tons of activities for kids and families. Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach are approximately a 10-to-15 minute drive away. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin, waterparks and several golf courses are all within a short drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunsplash at Seacrest Beach. The location of the property couldn't have been any better. You are walking distance from many restaurants, the beach, the pool, bicycle rental, and just about anything else you can think of. In the main living area, you can open the big doors up in the front and just enjoy the fresh air! We had ample room for everyone and we were comfortable. The only reason for a "4" rating is that the house is a little worn in spots. The owner was attentive and dealt with any issues we had. It was very clean, just worn in some areas. He continues to invest in the property and it is evident. For example, he has just invested in the bathrooms and floors. Overall, it was good value for the location and we would consider staying there again!

Our family had a beach great trip and enjoyed staying at Sunsplash. This house is very well located between beach and pool within the Seacrest community. Plenty of living room space, nice bedrooms and great balconies. Great week - would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was the PERFECT house and location for our annual family vacation!! So clean!! Nice owners!! House is very close to the pool so it was perfect to go back and forth for snacks and naps!! Definitely recommend! We will be back!!

House was in a perfect location- pool across the street, stores/restaurants a few minutes walk away & easy access to tram to get to the beach! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch and utilizing the fun beach toys/chairs. Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We just returned from Seacrest today and both the house and the location are outstanding. The location clearly makes this property an attractive one. I would recommend that 30A travelers take a long look at this home. We had no issues so we did not have to contact the owners but they sent an email prior to our trip with email webpages of local establishments. Our favorites were the Cowgirl Kitchen and Bentley's Happy Hour. It is our fifth stay at Seacrest and the location of this house was the best.

Sunsplash was a great house and the owners were awesome to work with. The house is the best location in the neighborhood with the beach and pool a stone throws away. We rented bikes and I think we went three days without getting into the car. So many restaurants, shops, coffee shops all near by. Literally right in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach we couldn't ask for more. House was clean and functional for multiple families vacationing and the kitchen had everything you could need. Oh yea and the beach and water perfect.

We enjoyed the location to all things! Beach, pool, and eateries are all very walkable. Great recommendations in the binder. Layout was perfect and the rooftop patio was a nice hang in the evening! Upon arrival, we did have to wipe down counters and sweep. The kitchen must have been missed. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful. Siding could use a sweep with all the webs. Loved having laundry on site! Overall, we enjoyed!

The property is in a great location. The property manager responded very quickly to our concerns. The house was not clean at all. Bathrooms were terrible. By reading the description I was under the impression there were four mater bedrooms but there were only two master bedroom and a total of four bathrooms.

Had a fabulous week at Sunsplash! Greg was responsive to texts, calls, and emails prior to our arrival and very accommodating. The house had new flooring and fresh paint. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved being so close to the pool, shops, and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beach was packed. We got there at 6:15 most mornings to stake our spot near the water. The pictures online need to be updated. I understand the floors and paint are new and the owner probably hasn't had a chance to show that in the pictures. The kitchen cabinets don't look anything like the pics. I would have like to have seen more pictures of the interior of the house rather than the exterior, common areas, or general area (pool, beach, peddlers pavilion). It was difficult to identify which bedrooms were masters. There were pictures of only 2 of the bathrooms. There were some beach chairs and beach toys available for our use. The extra large washer and dryer were great. Loved the outside shower.

This was our second stay at Sunsplash. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all that Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary have to offer. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and lovely porches for hanging out. We will be back.

Nothing but great things to say about the property! The location is fantastic with a short easy walk to the beach and the pool is literally right across the street. With small children this is great for breaks and such because it is so easy to get back to the house and eat or rest. We have been to Florida 10 years now for summer break and this was by far the best location we have been too. We also enjoyed the fact that everything you need is within walking distance minus the grocery store but it is only a few minute drive. A close second the the location was the communication with the owners. They were great to work with and extremely fast to respond to questions. Thanks for a great trip and we will try and come back for sure!

Nice beach house, had everything needed for stay. Very spacious and was able to house 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. Microwave did not work but was able to communicate with owner who was efficient in handling issue.
