New Owner! We are pleased to feature a prime location condo on the 5th floor in the amazing and highly desireable Tidewater Resort.

Our condo sleeps 8: 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, a bunk area, 3 full bathrooms, and pull out sofa in the open living area. Upgrades include tile throughout, stainless steel appliances, new polywood patio furniture, and tasteful coastal decor. Each bedroom has a private bath and its own TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals if you choose. If not, you are only 3/4 of a mile to Pier Park where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping, as well as the Sky Wheel and amusement area.

We also provide complimentary beach chairs through Beach Services (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for rentals March through October.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the west side of PCB, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. You will love all the on-site amenities: two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a fitness center with Roman spa, conference center, covered parking, 70 person theater, an arcade/game room, Flip Flops convenience store, Waves Bar & Grille, the tiki bar & snack shack, and private beach access.

There is a $48+tax registration fee required by Tidewater for parking passes and beach access wristbands. This is paid directly to them before or upon arrival. They also require a vaild, over 25 photo ID when checking in.
