    Welcome to your dream beachfront escape at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! This stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perched on the second floor of Tower 1, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Inside, you'll find a spacious and beautifully furnished retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, perfect for family or friends, while the queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensures ample space for additional guests.

Amazing Condo!!!

We have stayed at several condos in the Long Beach Resort compound and this one by far has been our most favorite condo yet. Will definitely book this one every year. Super clean, great management, and great location.

Enjoyable family trip in PCB

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.

Beautiful Condo and so clean!!

This condo was so gorgeous, it was so comfortable and so clean!! Perfect location being on the second floor, and a short beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s! Also loved that the pool was not directly under us, it made the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

Beautiful place with a beautiful view right on the water! Large windows across the back of the condo provide a great view and a big balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings! Highly recommend!

Vacation at Panama city

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great access to beach, condo is clean great kitchen for cooking and very spacious. Whenever we come to Panama city this condo is one of our favorites!!!

Fabulous Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. I loved the patio furniture, so comfy to sit on and enjoy the view. We didn't want to leave!

Our week at LBR in PCB, FL

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo was just as advertised with all our needs. Having the included chairs and umbrella saved us from having to tote too much to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too overcrowded. Perfect location near Pineapple Willies. Gated and guarded entrance gave us a good sense of security for our family. 2nd floor unit was great too. Took the stairs quite often but never really had to wait for the elevator if needed.

Loved the unit and layout.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. I feel very lucky I was able to rent this unit so close to our reservation dates. Hats off!!

Best condo ever!

We go to PCB every year and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. The condo is exactly like it looks. Beautiful! The AC was cold, the condo was very clean, the views are awesome. The free beach chair and umbrella service was easy and great. Everything about our stay was perfect and we will be coming back next year. Perfect perfect perfect! The condo was more than 5 stars!

Fun Vacation!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The new decor is very pretty with that perfect beach feel! The proximity to the beach is a very short distance and we loved sitting on the balcony day and night listening to the ocean. We left the beach chairs and umbrellas we purchased in the unit for the next guests. That is always a nice amenity to include in beach vacation rentals. We loved all the restaurants in the Panama City area.

Pros:The location was perfect—we loved how close it was to the beach and to Pineapple Willy’s. The included beach chairs were a great perk. We visited during spring break with our family, and the college crowd was not an issue at all. There was also a strong police presence at night, which made things feel safe. The beach and water were absolutely gorgeous during our stay.Cons:While the condo itself was nice, we did have several issues with cleanliness. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival. I ended up finding a humidifier in the closet and ran it in both bedrooms, emptying it daily. It did improve the smell after a few days, but the first couple of days were unpleasant. We also had to keep the doors open at times to air things out.The towels and linens were another concern. Many of the towels were stained and smelled musty, and the bed sheets were also stained, which made it uncomfortable to use them.The condo was stocked, but only minimally—be prepared to purchase essentials like toilet paper and trash bags.Lastly, the property was still under construction during our stay. We were told it would be wrapping up, but it was very much ongoing, which was disruptive. All four towers had to share one pool, adding to the inconvenience. Communication about the construction was limited—I only received updates when I reached out directly to Kim’s Condo.Overall:Great location and beautiful beach, but the cleanliness issues, lack of supplies, and ongoing construction

We were amazed at the views when we walked into this unit. All glass on the gulf side from living area and both bedrooms! The large balcony allowed us to enjoy lounging and dining al fresco at the outdoor table. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our too-short stay. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Have stayed at this property in the past in a nice one bedroom. It is a great location and close to many nice restaurants and attractions. Walmart and walgreens right across the street. Loved the layout of this 2 bedroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which made it ideal for our situation. The condo is well stocked and mostly pretty clean. Everything from booking to checkout was very simple. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was remodeled and in great shape. The entire place was clean and well stocked. We purchased food at the Wal-Mart across the street and had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was a favorite morning spot for the entire family. The parking lot had 24 hour security and was gated which made us feel great leaving our vehicles in the parking lot. Our stay was wonderful and we made great memories as a family.

Beautiful View

Overall, this is a beautiful condo and perfect location. Located on the second floor, it was nice and quiet and met most of our needs. The only reason I give cleanliness a three star is because the dining chair cushions, the recliner, the throw pillows (inside and out) and the rugs should be cleaned, at least once a month if not every two weeks. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Best condo ever

We absolutely loved this resort and will return for years to come. We had an issue with microwave and someone was there to check it out within the hour. Communication with host was extremely helpful and fast. They even let us leave some unopened food items for the next crew coming in. We will definitely be returning! Best resort we’ve stayed at in 10+ years hands down!!
