Everything was great. Only problem was beach guys setting up chairs on the beach. One guy thought it was okay to let sand fly all over my wife and I and when I brought it to his attention he quickly took a an aggressive rude attitude. Not a very good trait for a service industry employee. Joey and Chandler stepped in very quickly and apologized for his actions. They were great. Only bad experience for the stay. Just not used to an experience like that on the beach. Could have become ugly quickly.

We had such a relaxing stay in this condo! I did lots of research and scoured reviews of dozens of properties before selecting this one, and I’m so glad I was picky! This unit did not disappoint. Since it’s in Building 3, the beach in front is not super busy, even in peak summer. The beach is VERY crowded further down the beach (especially around Building 1 since it borders the enormous Shores of Panama), but we felt like we had a little oasis of calm in front of Building 3. Every afternoon we made the 5 minute walk to Pineapple Willy’s for a frozen drink and enjoyed it in the peace and quiet in front of Building 3. The included chairs and umbrella were a great perk. I can’t say enough good things about this unit. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Super easy parking right in front of the building. I hate parking garages, so being able to park in an open-air lot was very nice. Also, we never waited more than 2-3 minutes for an elevator (and the stairs aren’t a bad option anyway since the unit is on the third floor). We will happily stay here again for our next best friends trip!

The resort was very nice and clean. This was our first time staying at Long Beach, we normally go to Destin 2-3 times a year. We wanted to try something new and the resort and amenities were excellent. Check-in through security was seamless and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The condo was decorated cute and the perfect size for the 2 of us. The balcony was by far my favorite. Host was very attentive and helped with a couple things we needed. I have to say the kitchen was not very well supplied. There was only one dish towel. Upon arrival we had no face clothes, no silverware, and no toilet paper. Thank goodness we packed extra. The mattress was not very comfortable and the ac seemed like it could not catch up with the heat. I also noticed and found it strange there were no rugs besides one in the bathroom. This made it very difficult to keep the sand maintained in the condo. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo!!

This condo is perfect. Perfectly clean and wonderfully decorated. All the utensils you would need to cook a full meal. The resort was very quiet and perfectly maintained. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the dolphins play. Also one morning there was rain offshore and we woke up to a beautiful rainbow. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros and cons of this condo

Beautifully decorated, perfect location. Be aware can not adjust temperature stayed at 69 all week and we all froze. The place needs a deep cleaning or a good overall cleaning done was very nasty to the point we cleaned before getting situated.
