Oceanfront with a resort feel, this trendy condo stuns with its fantastic balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico. Cook up dinner in the or in the shared charcoal grill. Guests also have access to two community pools (one of which is heated seasonally), the hot tub, an outdoor shower, and the fitness center (among other amenities!).

WHAT’S NEARBY
Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Walkin’ on Water Paddleboards (just five miles from the condo) offers rentals and tours for those looking for a day exploring on the water.

Perfect beach weather vacation!

This was a very clean well equipped unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. New appliances including washer and dryer. Beautiful views and furniture on the balcony.

GREAT STAY!

It was a great stay! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sleeper sofa. It wasn't the most comfortable to stay on, but that beautiful ocean view made it worth it.

The place was nice ! Chairs and umbrella came with the room for our entire stay was really nice to have. Rooms were as stated so no surprises Large balcony . It was close to so many great restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Summer Vacay

Start with the bad. The check in was easy with the code system. They made you pay for a parking spot. That took 3 different try’s with 3 different codes. I’ve never paid to park at a condo, especially one that has its own parking garage??? AC was on 74* when arriving?… It took 6 hours before we could get it down to 71* in condo. The rest was all good. Beds were very nice. View was nice. Facilities were nice. Beach access was great. Our trip was great. Would stay again.

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved the condo. It is next to the elevator but to us that made lugging everything easier. It had a little stale smell in the air, but a bottle of air freshener and it’s perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked has everything needed the beds are comfortable TVs and every room showers are great. Balcony view is absolutely amazing. The only downside we had to this property was lack of communication from Vacasa was someone entering the condo during our stay without our knowledge, my family and I felt like our privacy was violated when we walked in from the balcony and a stranger was standing in the middle of the living room. I still give this condo a 5 star, the condo or the owners are not at fault for Vacasa’s lack of communication.

Great but a few issues

There was suppose to be bunk bed in spare room, turned out it was a oversized bed for the space of the room that was aweful to sleep on and had some stained sheets, there was a dirty towel left on the back of the bedroom door and furniture had stains, also i could smell a hint of tobacco smoke not huge issues we made do and still enjoyed it all would stay agian!!!

The unit needs to be updated.

Upon entry the unit smelled very musty. The mattresses in both bedrooms were terrible. The dryer would not work. We washed a load of swimsuits and towels on our first night and realized the dryer was broken. We reported it immediately. This was on a Tuesday night and the dryer was still not working and had not been replaced when we checked out on Saturday. This was terribly inconvenient. Several days of wet/soiled swimsuits and towels was very unpleasant. We could have found a laundry mat, but we rented a condo with a washer and dryer for a reason. The toilet in the master bedroom is extremely slow to flush. The only good thing I can say is that the view from the balcony was nice.

Pros: quiet part of the beach, covered/adjoining parking ($30 extra fee), Vacasa had very efficient customer service, TVs/appliances all worked, internet was pretty good, balcony view is perfect (lots of ocean so you can see dolphins but also a low enough floor that you can still see the beach). Cons: the mattress is atrocious as are the pillows (we both left feeling like we had been hit by a truck and I ended up resorting to the couch pillows), Celadon’s elevators hit or miss this time of the year, there was a roach-type bug who hung out on the balcony, the ceiling fan in the master was loose so you couldn’t turn it on due to the squeaking it’d make, doesn’t seem like the air works in the master, you have to ask Vacasa’s CS for gate codes to the pools and the passcode for your parking pass. In summary, if this rental is a good deal compared to others at Celadon and you can take sleeping on a terrible mattress as a trade-off, then it’s not a bad choice.

Beautiful Sunsets!

Wonderful condo, steps from the elevator. Condo had good quality furnishings (except for mattress and bed in primary bedroom - needs to be updated). Nice balcony furniture and a box with beach items you can use and return! Amazing sunset view. Last high rise on the strip so no crowd if you just want to walk the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful View

This unit had a wonderful view of the gulf. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything you would need. My only con is the window in the guest bedroom opened to where the elevator is and there were people screaming and yelling at 3am. Also the bed in that room was very uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room was nice but looked dirty. We bought a cheap sheet set and covered the furniture so we could sit on it.

A few things

Great stay, view was wonderful. Things to note in this unit is the dishwasher was not attached to counter properly. Was not comfortable using it. The AC was very noisy. The toilet seats were very loose in each of the bathrooms. Overall it was a relaxing stay and we enjoyed it. We will be returning in the future.

Hate the new beach chairs. Terribly uncomfortable compared to the wood chairs with the cushions. Will be looking footprint a place next year that has the old ones. They went to cheaper chairs but didn’t lower the prices

Really do not need to elaborate more than title. The mattresses were just awful. AC didn’t work well in master bedroom, but would assume that this was and could be easily fixed. Also, the elevators in the complex need to also be addressed. Typically one or more of the three were broken.
