All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and includes information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.
The golf cart is included with all reservations. The golf cart is provided through a 3rd party vendor and all applicable reservations primary guest will be required to sign a Golf Cart Waiver and pay a $30+ tax service fee through the 3rd party vendor.
Before check-in, guests will be required to choose between paying a damage deposit or paying a damage waiver.
The damage deposit is $500 and is refunded after checkout assuming there are no damages. The damage waiver is $99 and is non refundable. The damage waiver waives your responsibility to pay for accidental damages that occur during your stay. The damage waiver does not protect against negligence or intentional damage.
Essential Things to know:
After your reservation is booked, you will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. Here you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.
1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day will receive a 100% refund.
Guests who cancel their reservation 31-59 days prior to the check-in day will receive a 50% refund of the rental total.
Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or less prior to the check-in, will receive no refund.
