Never again!

Overall bad experience. Hilton hotels have degraded. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Found little trash between the couch. Found soneones glasses in the room. The restaurant was good- bartender/server DEBY was awesome!

Everything was good except for housekeeping. First day room cleaning was great, then room didn’t get cleaned at all had to ask for towels, after had to ask for towels, gave dirty towels, when room was cleaned only one trash can got emptied and bathroom floor was not cleaned.

This was a great hotel to stay at!!! We only had 2 minor complaints. 1) No smart tv so streaming netlfix, disney etc. Wasnt possible. 2) Everthing close to the beach is 20 minutes away across the bridge so be prepared to drive a little extra to get to the best parts of Panama. Overall a great place to stay and would stay there again. 9/10

Stray Cats Sanctuary

This hotel had a lot of stray cats outside of all the entrance and exit doors. My daughter and I are extremely allergic to cats so we had to take Benadryl the entire weekend! My room had dirty linens and the floors had not been swept or mopped when I checked in. No housekeeping was available so a gentleman from Maintenance brought me a can of Lysol and a Magic Eraser sponge to clean up my room. I’ll absolutely never stay there again.
