My third time there the convenience of everything surrounding the hotel 24 hour supermarket laundromat next door bakery next door vast shopping area at the back of the 24 hour supermarket so basically an all in one

My mom and I had a somewhat comfortable stay at the hotel, it was clean and the staff were all helpful and professional, the restaurant downstairs was a major convenience to us and it was close to great stores. However, on my last day there I got too comfortable and left my purse in the room to reheat my food at the restaurant I didn't realise until I was at the airport to buy stuff that my money was missing. My assumption is that the cleaning staff stole it, on another occassion we had a scare, late afternoon we came back and found our room was left open with all our stuff out in the open. Upon returning home we noticed a few of our items missing. Overall we had a good stay but ensure you secure your belongings.

This is the worst hotel I've been in Panama City. My room wasn't available so the gave another one with 2 beds, so I went to the room and it was occupied, then they gave another one and it was occupied too. Their system is broken, they don't know which rooms are empty or clean. Finally, when I got an empty room, it has no towels so I needed to go down to the front desk because they never answer the phone in the reception. Next day I realized towels and sheets had stains, so disgusting. The building looks dirty, old and smells funny. Some walls are leaking water front the A/C. Internet doesn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby and restaurants area. They gave me a free meal after complaining twice in the front desk. I know hotels in this area are not the best but this is an international hotel chain, so it is not fair you charge more for an hotel in so poor conditions, I’ve been in cheaper hotels in the neighborhood and the offer better facilities and service. I've been in other Faranda hotels in different countries and this is not a nice place. Shame on you.
