Very spacious, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Very accommodating. Even though they couldn't give us a late check out, they kept our bags in the office, so we could get lunch before leaving for our flight.

The staff was very kind Eduardo was exceptional. He anticipated every need. The first night he gave us a map of the area and showed us how to get around the city. He made sure we knew the best restaurants, when and where the festivals were being held. He was always at the door if we arrived home late, to ensure our safety He is phenomenal and is definitely a top-tier employee

The suite was clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful with all our needs and the location was perfect. We had a balcony overlooking Plaza Simon Bolivar. The view was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Management was extremely accommodating when we ran into some challenges in checkin and with the air conditioning. The rooms were funky and idiosyncratic in a good way. I’d stay again.

This is a beautiful property in the middle of the historic district of Panama 'Caso Antiguo' The suites are roomy and has a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave! It has a beautiful courtyard that's shared and a private balcony as well. The front faces a bustling neighborhood and walkable to so many amazing restaurants. Even though it's in a busy area the bedrooms are so quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Perfect Hotel

The hotel is in the perfect location. You are right in the middle of old town and able to walk to all the sights and great places to eat. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very helpful. Upon checking in I was provided with a map of old town, recommended places to eat, etc. It was wonderful having a coffee maker and milk provided each day in the room. This is not your typical sterile hotel but is full of old world charm and architecture which makes the stay extra special. The hotel manager Andres could not have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay!

La Isabela Suites is beautiful but we ran into several problems with our unit. There was no water! phone and iPod didn’t work to communicate that issue with concierge. I have to say that Jose was the most accommodating person I have ever seen. He was so helpful, kind, and patient to relocate us to different hotel. Because of Jose I am leaving a nice review.

Highly recommend this boutique hotel. The location was ideal - in a historic neighborhood right next to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and even stopped in here and there to drop off anything we purchased and cool off for a bit. The suite was spacious - the pictures don’t do it justice. Each room had an en suite bathroom with comfortable beds. The living room and kitchen were large. The AC worked really well. The four of us felt very comfortable. The service was spectacular. We arrived at 7 am and the hotel sent a driver to get us from the airport. They even allowed us to rest up and shower in another suite before our room was ready. Very communicative and attentive. All their recommendations for food/coffee was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Panama and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful stay. I wish we could extend it for a few days! Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee was excellent. Check in was easy and friendly with great tips on what to do and see. The room is fabulous. Spacious and inviting, it was everything you'd want. Highly recommended!

La Isabela Suites is a walk up (no elevator) located in Old Town Panamá. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Experience the Spanish architectural history of Panama. The area is walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. There are 2 museums in walking distance. Guests service personnel are wonderful. All speak English and are very helpful.

We had a very nice 2 room suite and great staff. The kitchen was outfitted with stove, frig and microwave. Bottled water, coffee and Expresso were included in the room. Andres and Enrique and their staff were very attentive and provided good practical information. They provided a reference to a great guide. We did not rent a car, so we didn't have any parking considerations. They did drive us back to the airport with a very helpful driver in a nice vehicle. The Avenida Balboa, Cinta Costera Causeway and the neighborhood of Cosco Viejo are all in the immediate area. There was a Rey small grocery around the corner with a nice selection of cheeses, coffees, pastries, beverages and wonderful ice cream. We really enjoyed people watching from the balcony while we nibbled goodies and sipped beverages. We were there during the rainy season and at times retreated to the courtyard to be outside but better protected from the weather. Just can't find any fault with this hotel. All the staff were gracious and delightful to talk to.

This is the best place for groups. We rent a suite at La Isabela everytime they're available when we're in Panama City. Spacious, modern and very well equipped, it's like having your own two bedroom apartment in casco viejo. The location is amazing as La Pulperia restaurant and the brewery La Rana Dorada are right next store. Many quality restaurants, bars, clubs, and museums are within a 10 minute walk. And their customer service is top notch.

Our stay at La Isabela was fantastic. The hotel suite is basically an apartment - so spacious and fully stocked. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and attentive. It’s located in a great area that is easily walkable and safe. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
