Unique, comfortable and family friendly!! Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located 8 miles from Panama City beach and 20 miles from Mexico beach!! Grandparent and artsy16 year old … had a ball! We relaxed and enjoyed this property! Great location!

Stay Away

Owner canceled 6 days before we would have checked in. Had to find another room quick. Went by to check on house due to owner stating that the property had damage is why it was canceled. But found that people were actually staying in the unit.

Unfriendly

The place is covered in bees/ wasps. The back yard is extremely small and infected with bee/ wasp. The owner will tell you its not their property but the HOA. There is no first aid kit. You can not adjust the temperature, it is hot. Being in Florida you would think the house would be cold/ chill.. The house is empty, so everything echoes. The grass is knee high, the kids can not play. The master room bed feels like you are sleeping on rocks. The host dose not reply to any questions or concerns unless you get vrbo involved. Not worth the money!!!!!
