The property is ok, a little further from the main airport. Checking in took a long time though there were three employees helping the guests. The room we stayed in (deluxe double) was fair. The food too was just ok. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Beautiful property and features. Loved our family trip. Wish they had activities during the week and on Saturday. Water slide came out on Sunday the day we left. The room was great for the most part except our tvs didn’t work and one bathroom toilet was broken. But our suite was still nice. They only give wash cloths per request. Food was decent.

Excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Lucia at the check in counter always with a smile. The chef at the breakfast omelet station, the servers at the restaurant very attentive, greeting you with a smile. Definitely a great place to stay!!

The food was good and the chef making the omelet was always courteous. The bar closed about 9pm and before that it became difficult to find attendants. Sergio with the nature tour was outstanding. However, I will not return some of the staff were openly discourteous and it felt like my family and I were an inconvenience rather than guests. I had read the reviews before and it is not what I met. I felt disappointed I had brought my family here .

We booked this stay as a bit of an adventure and it turned out to be a very fun stay. We had planned a few activities but were caught in a great storm which dumped a lot of rain which in itself was something to see if your not from this region. A pleasant surprise I did not notice at first is that it is all inclusive which made it even more affordable.

It’s not a bad hotel but it’s not a good one either…. For a well seasoned traveler that enjoys amenities. Pros Clean property Rooms are nice & up to date Friendly staff Nice view of the rain forest from your room if you’re booked on that side Cons They will charge you for food on your first and last day of stay even though you have an all inclusive stay They will not give you your all inclusive wrist band until 3pm on the dot even though we checked into our rooms at 240pm they made us come back downstairs 20 mins later for our wrist bands Tour is advertised as sloths but you don’t see sloths, just butterflies and trees Tour is only in Spanish WiFi gave out on day 2 of stay There are NO restaurants on location - just ONE buffet with 6 options for food There are no sitting areas - just by the pool… that’s it that is all Room service is only offered if you pay for the food The buffet is very limited - about 6 items served An example day 3 of our stay breakfast at the buffet was as follows - omelet station scrambled eggs bacon beef Spanish omelet oatmeal corn tortilla and hash browns. This is NOT a buffet but more of an upgraded continental breakfast shower takes about 5 mins to heat up Balcony glass is VERY shaky so be careful The free shuttle takes you to the mall and doesn’t come back until FOUR HOURS LATER It feels like you’re at someone’s bbq instead of a resort I really wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else would not recommend.
