"Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff needs to get their act together. We had 2 rooms and 1 room great, but the second room they gave away to other customers. The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. Finally worked it out about 11pm that night."

"While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. "This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!"

"Got in late and was able to negotiate a late check out easily! Friendly staff from the time we arrived to the time we left! Will definitely be back again"

"Check in was quick & easy. Staff ( young man) was knowledgeable about town. Room was good, bathroom was clean. Room could use a bit of update, but great for price. Breakfast was a bit scarce, altho they had a lot of construction men staying there.. Yogurt, waffles & 2 cold cereals & juice was nicely filled. No pool."

"I wish I had something positive to say. We had ants in our room told the staff they seemed to not be interested. They came into our room to clean while we were gone and the only thing they did was pull the bed linen up. They tracked dirt in. Didn't grab the trash. We had to book for 7 days or we couldnt book it.The beds were old and hard. The sink was clogged. Was charged 100 a night for a room that barely fit 2 double beds.
