"There was wi-fi, but no reach beyond the first floor There was a heater, but didn’t heat up water in one of the rooms. There was an air-con, but didn’t cool the room down. Phone at reception, but our calls cannot reach them. Killed a couple of cockroaches in the room. Renovations all over, very dusty."

"Poor service, untidy room, all shabby linen, no soap or towels till you specifically ask, rude staff, broken cups for tea which you get after several requests, not at all worth its price. Would never ever recommend and I think it's a shame that such important places have such pathetic places. "

"Pros: 1. Clean room and bath. 2. Clean bed/spread 3. Working TV. Cons: 1. No restaurant attached. 2. Too small a room, but has a balcony!, no place to keep items, no chairs! 3. Reception computer had a glitch, 1/2 hour to check in. Verdict: the small room is not worth the price."

"It is a good property to vacation … however the approach roads for more than 2kms were in very bad shape. The villas are good, spacious and adequately decorated. The 3/4 bedroom villas are superbly done. Staff is around to help when needed but it takes a long time to respond, on some occassions we had to call front desk multiple times before we got service. While I can’t opine about the entire breakfast buffet since I did not take the B&B plan … what all I had was good … idlis, dosas and...
