"Although I paid for continental breakfast, they did not serve it. Their breakfast start late at 9:30. Even after requesting for early breakfast they didn't start it. Staff behaviour was rude and they never adjust."

I have never seen such a thing in any other hotel, and am completely at a loss why is this so. If you are single ocuancy then it doesn't matter.
