Our stay at this beautiful home was great
Our stay at this beautiful home was great, we were in town with family for my brother-in-law's celebration of life, this home was a peaceful and beautiful location for us to spend time as a family. The setting on the river couldn't be more beautiful, the outdoor fire made for great evenings reminiscing with family and the kitchen was awesome! The location for us was close to our other family and events so it worked out great. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
Much better in person.
Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. It’s truly a home away from home.

The home was beautiful and clean!
My family and I stayed the weekend for my brother’s birthday. The home was beautiful and clean! We enjoyed fishing for trout and spending time on the deck. We brought our 3 dogs, and I know they had a blast as well! Caleb was awesome! He made sure we had an amazing stay. If there was anything we needed, he was more than happy to help out!

Peace of mind and Tranquility
We were blown away with the quality of this home! Lately it seems we are playing “vacation roulette”- most places are corporate owned and the cleaners cut so many corners the place is filthy when we check in. We rented one place that you could tell the towels were just fluffed in the dryer… not even washed!
This is not the case here. I felt like we were renting from a local family that put their heart into the home. It was so clean. I called they day of to say we would be late arriving and she turned on the porch lights for us! I cannot get over how comfortable the bed was and how nice the linens and pillows were. The windows in this house put the stay over the top. We could open a couple and let the breeze come in off the water. It was also so great to have the side patio overlooking the river to sit outside and watch the wildlife. I desperately needed a break and this absolutely fit the bill! I came home feeling happy and relaxed. There were so many thoughtful personal touches, including a little welcome basket with dishwasher/washer tablets, and dog treats for our pups!! There was a fresh canister of folders coffee in the cabinet and filters so we were all set. The nearby town is great to explore and has some great restaurants. Thank you all so much. We will be staying again in the future!
Beautiful setting and place. Fresh, nicely furnished. Mid Century Modern feel. Excellent fishing right off the dock. Good communication with host.

Best place on the Little Red River
We have been coming to the Little Red for over a decade and always stay at a place with a dock if possible. This is by far the nicest and best kept place we have ever stayed at. Quality and affordable.
My family of 3 had such a great time at this place. We fished off the dock everyday and caught trout each time we went out. The views from the back porch and dock are something out of a magazine. We brought our dog and they had everything we needed for her that we forgot. I appreciate how clean and organized this house was. They have a cabinet stocked with every game imaginable and even had toys for our 4 year boy to play with. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with my family for a week vacation. We will be back someday!
The cabin looks and feels new. LOTS of windows and in a beautiful spot on the river. Very quiet location and, except for one neighbor, it gets DARK at night. Booking and correcting my flawed date picking abilities was very easy. I can't comment on how communication was during the stay because we never had any need to contact them. Check-in was seamless. One thing to be aware of that the pictures do not convey: the walk to the dock is steep, very slippery when wet, and there are no handholds until you get to the gangway.

You will not be disappointed and I will return.
I would rate this place 10+ stars if possible. Not sure how anyone can give it anything less. It is a beautiful place inside and out. It has been totally remodeled and looks like something out of architectural digest. My husband and I travel often. I could literally go on and on about how fabulous it was. The aesthetic is super cool. You will not be disappointed and I will return.
