"The property is right smack at the beach front. Love it specialy sunrise/sunsets its amazing. There are a lot of restaurants / bars along the stretch. Tour packages are also offered. The room is clean, tv, internet, fan, fridge, vault, are available. Just no kettle or hair dryer but you can borrow from the housekeeping. They clean/change if you request clean up room. The staffs are friendly. We enjoyed our stay...and lots of water activities too"

"This place is so beautiful! Incredible views from the cliff towards the sea and Alona beach which is super accessible by some stairs. I stayed as a solo traveler and was so conveniently located, close to Alona beach and all the scuba diving schools. The food is great too! The staff here are so kind and attentive and just amazing. I booked a transfer to the hotel with Amorita from the seaport very last minute and they kindly arranged it for me (at an extra cost) and the driver, Romel was so helpful sharing tips and information about the island. I can’t wait to return."

"Friendly, helpful staff, great swimming pool with easy access. I am mobility challenged and easy access is key. Easy to use amenities. Ice cold air conditioning in room with drinking water & recycling stations nearby on each floor of hotel. Conveniently located less than 1km from well stocked grocery store and a only a five minute Grab or trike from Alona Beach. Excellent restaurant with Asian and western meal selections. Portions are generous and everything I ordered was delicious. Many year round residents give it that "Welcome to the village" feel with people waving and many pleasant greetings throughout your stay. If you are looking for a quiet, centrally located hotel that is a quick ride away from everything, reasonably priced and an excellent value, you won't be disappointed!"

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

"This was my 3rd stay at North Zen Villas and it remains a blissful place to be at. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The resort’s SEADS restaurant covers breakfast, lunch and dinner serving delicious food. The sunset view is spectacular from @ NZV as well. Best place to be in Panglao island."
