"Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. "

"Rubbish strewn around the place, unsafe steps to lake, very loud music from adjacent premises. No water in swimming pool. Checked out after 30 minutes. Explained to host what the issues were but he did not seem to understand. Refused a refund of any amount. "
