"We arrived at 3am Saturday morning getting in the property was easy. The house was clean, the host was communicating through text which I appreciate so I didn’t have to log into VRBO account for instructions. Checkout was a simple process which was also appreciated. For price/location couldn’t have asked for anything better.Rhonda"

"This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. "

"The place was clean, near Amarillo restaurants, and near downtown. Not located in a quiet rural area subdivision. There are a total of four attached apartments at this location. There is a large area for dogs. Parking area is large, but if the four spots are taken, additional vehicles will block someone from exiting. I really have nothing negative to say. Everything is as expected. "

"Super quiet and unobtrusive neighborhood, close enough to 40 for convenience. Restaurants, convenience stores nearby. Comfortable space. Would have liked a bit more room lighting and continuous A/C at night. Felt safe here which really matters to me. Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs."
