"The room itself was good as it is close to the pool. But needs upgrade with the carpet and there were already peeling of the celling paint. This is especially with the room rate that they are charging. Also, I had to ask an extra bath robe as they only provided 1 and toiletries not complete (no body wash). So guests must bring their own. Aside from these, the general surrounding was quite relaxing and fun for the whole family."

"The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to take, you had to ask for them. Overall we had a disappointing experience. We don't recommend this hotel."

"Greywolf Lodge was a perfect size for our group of 8 adults and five young children. Everyone had plenty of room and there was more than ample sleeping arrangements. The lodge is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed.we were happy to find some platic plates and cups for the children. What stood out to all of us was the excellent pre and post stay communication. We also noted many little extras that we have often found lacking in other rentals; storage, coat hooks, shoe racks, hangers, make-up washcloths, coffee and all the house keeping necessities we often forget. All of these things contributed to a very relaxing and comfortable stay. "

"Very nice place with lots of space for families with kids. The 5 minute walk to the ski lift was great. Would definitely recommend for staying in panorama. Host was very communicative. We really enjoyed it "

"The unit was exactly as described and would stay again. Well stocked with basic spices. Entry for where you leave your skis and boots was small so made it cumbersome to put on and off your gear but we made do. "
