It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent this from happening to other customers."

"Its been our second time to Hazyview Cabanas and it was an amazing experience the 8 sleeper units have been newly revamped. So modern and clean absolutely loved it. The facilities and activities for the kids and families over the holiday perios was great. "American average style hotel room with American King size bed and comfortable mattress and pillows covered with clean sheets. Bathroom was clean with fair size shower stall and toilet size and with enough legroom to seat and enjoy morning d**p. This place met my expectations."
