I loved the tranquility of this resort. The staff were helpful and informative. I was so bummed their on-site restaurant was closed for renovations. I picked this resort for this reason. I wanted to relax at the resort and eat there for dinner. However, they made some great restaurant recommendations. They do have car rentals on-site. I highly recommend that you rent with them and arrange pick-up from the port or the airport. Their bed was the best my whole trip to Sicily.

Hotel is new and the facilities are also very new. We didn’t really like the service though, there is little attention to the customer (for example the staff never comes by the pool to ask if we needed a drink or snack and the bars were almost always closed which meant we had to walk down to the restaurant to get any drink). Also breakfast is subpar, very little choice of savoury options.

Mooi resort, slechte service

Het resort is heel mooi gelegen. Je kijkt uit op de zee. Het bestaat uit 23 zeer mooie units die verspreid liggen over het domein. Er zijn 2 heel mooie zwembaden. De gebouwen worden zeer netjes gepoetst, maar er staat veel onkruid op het domein. Het restaurant was ‘s avonds niet open. Het sluit al om 15u, wat betekent dat je er na 15u ook zelfs niets meer kan drinken! ‘s Middags kan je er enkel een toast of een broodje krijgen. Dit is een resort onwaardig! Het restaurant bleek al gesloten van eind augustus. Dit werd nergens vermeld, noch bij de boeking, noch op hun website of Facebookpagina. Ook beide bars aan de zwembaden waren gesloten. Er is ook geen enkel alternatief om iets te eten of te drinken te krijgen. Enkel 2 blikjes water in de minibar. Er is bvb ook geen automaat waaruit je iets kan halen, noch aan de receptie wordt er iets verkocht. Er was weinig tot geen communicatie. Bij aankomst werd ons enkel ons huisje gewezen en de uren van het ontbijt meegedeeld. Verder niets. Het ontbijt is ok, maar niet bijzonder. Als je om 9u komt zijn de croissants al op en worden niet meer aangevuld, ook niet als je er om vraag. Het grote voordeel was de rust. Je hoort er niets.

Resort nuovissimo, elegante e confortevole. Damusi bellissimi e attrezzati per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax totale. Personale gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta. Complessivamente voto 10, una sola nota negativa la ristorazione, non è all'altezza del Resort e va migliorata investendo sulla materia prima.
