"Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them"

"Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. "
