Carinho e atenção especial

Carinho absoluto com os hosoedes. No dia da chegada a proprietária estava na estação de trem nos esperando, já que ela sabia que no domingo há dificuldades de táxis e Uber em Paola. Um enorme atenção que nos fez sentir em casa. Prédio histórico, bem conservado, com elevador e quartos com vista incrível de Paola.

Muito atenciosos. Bom café da manhã e boa limpeza do quarto. Porém, o hóspede do quarto vizinho fumava muito e me incomodava. Deveriam proibir fumantes ou disponibilizarem quarto de não fumantes .

Excellent hotel au calme, sur les hauteurs de Paola, entre le centre ville et le sanctuaire. Assez loin de la gare, difficile à trouver car bcp de gens ne connaissent pas.

Excellent service. From the moment I arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations.Valeria and Vincenzo are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay. Very attentive and responsive. Valeria herself picked me up at the train station and drove me to her wonderful hotel that is located at the center of the city, next to shops, restaurants and walking distance to the Santuario of San Francesco di Paola. My room was very comfortable, clean and large with a lovely balcony. Thank you very much!

Very nice and helpful staff. Our train was late but the owner still met us and transported us to the hotel. Easy walk up to the San Francesco santuario from the hotel. Bed very comfortable, we slept with the windows open to the cool night air. Nice little balcony with birds singing in the trees.

Nice hotel

Very nice room in a nice part of the village. The manager is very service minded but does not speak much english. However, it works anyway. Be prepared that if you arrive by train a taxi may be impossible to find. We were lucky. We called the manager who had a friend who came and picked us up. It is not that far but it is uphill from the station. On our way back we walked.

Struttura pulita, camera enorme e bagno molto spazioso. Stanza che ti accoglie con un piacevole profumo che ti rilassa e ti mette a tuo agio. Il personale è estremamente gentile. Un ringraziamento particolare alla titolare che ha dimostrato un'attenzione al cliente di primo livello. Nelle immediata vicinanze della struttura si trovano molti ristoranti e bar.

Great, loved it.

Lovely place in a great location close to the busy backstreets of Paola. Both staff I met were great, very helpful with everything. Breakfast was flexible as was checkout (within reason of course). Only a couple of negatives which were I couldn't get the wifi to work but I think that language barrier with the password and also I wasn't sure that my door (room XII) was locked from the inside, not that there is anything to be afraid of, just some feedback. All in all great experience. Sorry to have only stayed for one night.

Het is een knus hotelletje op een prima plaats gelegen vlak bij het centrum. Parkeerplaats voor de deur ( zeldzaam ) Erg leuke en nette kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse doet alles zelf en is goed voor een praatje. Zeker een aanrader.

Grazioso hotel in centro a Paola

Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato molto gradevole. Albergo a conduzione famigliare con poche stanze, ma davvero confortevoli e funzionali. Le stanze erano molto confortevoli e climatizzate. La colazione aveva poca scelta, ma tutte le mattine erano presenti brioches calde e fragranti.

Per chi soggiorna a Paola

L'hotel Sant'Agostino è a conduzione familiare. Le stanze sono sufficientemente spaziose e soprattutto pulite e confortevoli. Ok anche la colazione. Davvero straordinaria la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari sempre presenti e disposti a dare aiuti (per chi arriva in treno è possibile avere gratuitamente il trasporto da e per la stazione ferroviaria) informazioni e consigli. Davvero fanno di tutto per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.
