"I BOOKED THIS HOTEL ON HOTELS.COM BREAKFAST WAS PAID AND INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES BUT AT THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT PAID FOR AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR IT. STAFF AND THE FEMALE MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I WAS SHOWING THEM THE INVOICE SHOWING EVERYTHING WAS PAID FOR. I CALLED HOTELS.COM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY FOR IT AND THEY WILL CREDIT ME FOR THE CHARGES BUT I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE THE CREDIT.ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE RESTAURANT AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF.
