8.2/10 Very Good! (7,349 reviews)
The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are very small (it is NYC after all) and certainly could have used a small fridge and a coffee maker. These are bare bones. The hotel grew on me during my stay. It was nice having an excellent barista in the lobby.

The rooms seemed a bit small for the price we paid, but it was right in the heart of the action. Lots of restaurants and shops near by and the subway station was an only a block away.
