"we are a family of 8.we arrive in Kona August 28, and depart Sept 6. the house was easy to locate. The house is beautiful and spacious and well kept and it is exactly as describe by the owner. My favorite area of the house is upstairs ,with 2 balcony the view is spectacular with the ocean and the vegetation of the land expectational. communication with the host was excellent, Anna is nice and friendly. she made everything easy. the community is 45 minutes away from the airport, must have a car to get around. it does get warm on the island but there is air condition . i enjoy my stay at Ann's home. whenever you decide to visit Kona this home is a must. the community is quiet and the people is respectable and friendly. i give this home and community a ten out of ten. Thank you Ann "

"The house was perfect for our group. There’s plenty of room for a large group and we loved staying in south Kona which is quieter than Kailua. The owner was very friendly and available. I loved the area and the house has a large screened lanai around the house which was perfect to see the daily rainbows. It was perfect "

"The property itself was beautiful and had something for everyone. We were looking for a mix of quiet relaxation and ability to explore Kona and the national park. The views were spectacular from every room and the lani was so relaxing. Everything was well thought out with us being able to have beach days in the sand with a gorgeous ocean view and then cool off in the pool. Then when we'd want more adventure it offered a convent location to go to the volcanoes or Kona on day trips. If you like to cook the kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. We saw a variety of sea life over the cliff, sea turtles, sharks, eagle rays, flying fish, and tropical fish in the clear blue waters. Carl and Deb were awesome hosts, responding quickly to inquiries and needs, and even made sure i had a spring form pan to make a cheescake my family was hoping for, going above and beyond for us to ensure we had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone as it was truly amazing and I'd love to stay here again. "

"This location was amazing for views and enjoying the sound and view of the ocean! The house was amazing with all the amenities needed for a week stay. Would recommend having a 4x4 to get to the property. It is not an easy drive to get to neighborhood and is very intimidating the first time you drive it. The drive is worth the views from the house and the lava cliffs tbat are just amazing and serene. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"What a special, peaceful place this is. Rebecca went out of her way to make my stay as pleasant as possible, pointing out many nice restaurants close by. My favorite was Shaka Tacoz by far. The grounds of the property are covered with a lush and verdant collection of interesting plants that fascinated me for evening walks in the garden or up the driveway. The driveway is easy to manage once you realize there is a flat spot at the top that allows you to safely enter traffic on the main road. The room I stayed in was pleasantly, though not fancily apportioned, and was more than adequate for my stay, which included working nearby. I love the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, though they are close by if you need to access them. I can’t wait to stay here again."
