"Very close to the Grand Hall where our event was held. French press coffee was great but a little messy to clean and make a second cup. On the 5th floor the roof slanted and needed vigilance to not hit one’s head. Car park in back was good. No AC but room cooled off enough in March for us. "

The building exterior and interior could do with some tlc but overall provided adequately comfortable conversation. The Reception staff were appreciative that we let them know the toilet cistern in our room was continually filling and one of the sink taps dripped. "
