Fab hotel with everything you could want. Clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. Only downside was the non existent beach but the sea was amazing and safe to swim in so didn’t put us off.

Great facilities fab for kids we were located in quiet area which was lovely away from main block saw beautiful sunsets. A good resort but this isn't a five star all inc. Fully booked when we went with three families but not all the restaurants were open which was disappointing. Beach area undeveloped unlike other properties nearby. Very noisy in the evenings and they charge for whatever they can which pit a dampener on things. Should charge a bit more instead and include everything

Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again. We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

Juat ok, entertainment finished by 21.30, all onclusive stops at 23.00. Cheaper to buy drinks at sports bar next door, well made and good variety. Littlw Italy not worth waiting for, burger ok, lebonese nice.

Great value for money. Lots of fun for families.

Amazing all-inclusive hotel with water park. The waterpark was lots of fun and also the large swimming pools. The service was great, especially the fun friendly entertainment team. The only thing we didn't like is the food which was awful and mostly un-tasty. The restaurants had very limited available tables for the hotel guests. The beach of the hotel was under reconstruction so had to walk to the neighbor hotel's beach for 10 minutes in the sun. The location was far from everywhere (not walking distance) - we needed a taxi or a bus (the station is right at the entrance of the hotel) to go anywhere outside.

At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week. All in all I would return !!!

It rained when we were there. That is not the hotel's fault of course. There wasn't much to do while it was raining, so the bar area was packed and people tied to keep busy playing cards. The drinks were served in plastic cups, which affected the taste. The bar staff appeared to be a bit rude (lady guest ordered a Sex on the beach cocktail, they talked amongst themselves not in English and laughed loudly). Some of the staff were excellent, e.g. Ms Thekla at the restaurant. The Greek music and food on the Monday were very good.

Great hotel

Great hotel. All-inclusive service at a high level. In terms of food, there was nothing missing, there was also free alcohol. A bit absurd to have to worry about water in the room but ok... The gym is at a very low level and there are very few machines, which is a shame.. because after everything you eat, you also want to burn calories. It has potential and it's a shame it wasn't realized. All in all, we had a great time and highly recommend it for a family vacation. In my opinion, a couple without children doesn't have much to do in the hotel, but it's great for children.

Lots of fun for kids!

Lots of fun with 2 pools + waterpark with many slides. The entertainment team was super fun friendly and helpful. A huge variety of free food, drinks and alcohol. The hotel is new and modern. There is a bus station right at the entrance to the hotel to city center. A few things we didn't like: - The food was not tasty at all. - The hotel had no beach (it was under reconstruction) so had to walk 10 minutes in the sun to another beach. - The hotel is far from any shops or city center - had to take a bus or a taxi. - Very difficult to find an available table at the restaurants of the hotel.

Overall the hotel is really good and we would recommend it. The food was fantastic (particularly in the evening) although it would be nice to have more variety on the kids buffet. The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable. The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great. The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

Everything was great. Second visit and this one was way better because people from certain country were very few in comparison with first time. A lot of food but medium quality. Good service.

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!
