"We, a family of 5, stayed at this apartment for a little getaway weekend. We found this apartment to be quite comfortable, well placed within the town and stocked with all the necessaties. The check-in was simple and easy, and communication with the host was flawless. He even provided a parking spot behind the apartment, upon request. We also brought our dog, who was also welcome. There is a small park about a 10 minute walk away for kids. Just to note (as I must have missed it in the listing)...

"Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Arnold in Gornau ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Chemnitz. Lage, Komfort, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist hell, gut ausgestattet, sauber und hygienisch. W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Frau und Herr Arnold sind sehr freundlich und flexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus, das Haus ist auch nicht direkt an der Straße sondern in zweiter Reihe, top. Zum Kochen ist alles mögliche vorhanden Töpfe, Pfannen... Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt."

Der Zugang allerdings über 16 Stufen, die hoch und nicht sehr tief für den Fussauftritt sind. Sollte man erwähnen. Ältere Leute könnten es eventuell schwer haben. "
