"Horrible service and hotel doesn’t deliver on what you pay for. We had to fight to use the included parking, then check in took over 35mins due to reception staff being unhelpful and messing up our room key.
The restaurant refused to make any food for the last hour it was open. None of the drinks (wine) were available. Bathrobes were not included as advertised for the room with the hot tub. The bathroom clearly needed repairs as there was a hole in the ceiling with dirty water dripping into...
