"The check in process was good and rooms were good and clean also. staff was friendly and helpful! The pool however was closed and the breakfast was okay. The attendant was having a hard time keeping it stocked. It was a busy holiday weekend though too. Overall our stay was good! would definitely stay again especially for the price!"

"Andrew at the front desk was wonderful! We are elderly (84) and he kept a parking spot right by our door available for us. He also got as an extra chair for the room. There was a very good complementary breakfast with hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage), a waffle maker and much more. Larry"

"Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on the evening shift Friday night and Sat. Also, we had a problem with our reservation ( my fault) and the staff was very helpful and kind and took care of everything. The breakfasts both days were the best I have found at hotels. Good quality food and variety, and the staff kept everything replenished. If I ever get back to Rifle, I would definitely stay there! My only concern was the bed pillows which were small and felt like a bag of rags."
