""As someone who prioritizes a clean training environment, I was incredibly impressed by this facility. The entire gym floor, the equipment, and the locker rooms are absolutely pristine you constantly see staff maintaining the space, which gives you total peace of mind during a heavy workout. Beyond the cleanliness, the customer experience starts the moment you walk in. The reception team is fantastic; they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the registration and check-in process completely seamless. Top-tier service all around!🙌"

"This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. Bad experience and definitely not returning "
