"*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building.
We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything...

"We had a marvelous stay! The property was perfect for our family. We are familiar with the area and chose it because of the location. Arashi beach is less than a mile—my favorite!Victor was a very attentive host. The condo was larger than I expected. The decor was tasteful. We had a small mishap and Victor came through for us! The employees at the guard shack are also helpful! "

"Big house , peacefull , and cozy.
My kids enjoy the pool, they have a grill and a bar for you to accomodate your drinks.

"House was good , but
- None of the shower heads in all bathrooms worked, was frustrating.
- There was no toilet plunger, one of the days the toilet clogged and had to call for help, a maintenance guy came and was asking me if i had a plunger, i told him i am a guess and did not see any plunger, he left and brought after a while.
- Was not able to lock the batroom door down stairs, so if someone had to use the bathroom , some had to watch so no one else enters. This sucked.
- There was no broom...
