"This was our second time here. The property is great overall. The only few things that we didn’t enjoy were the towel situation. Bring back the towel shack. There is nowhere in the rooms or out side to hang a towel so it can dry. Therefore when we weren’t able to flag down the cleaning staff we had soaked towels. The other thing is please bring back the regular coffee carafes at breakfast that machine is not doing it. The new coffee shop is fantastic A++++ the pools were great although hot tubs need maintenance. I am splitting hairs here the food was fantastic and staff all fantastic. "

"Some of the hot tubs we not working or only working sporadically. The beach could be cleaner. Everyone was very friendly, the bar area and food were excellent. The property itself is spectacular.Beaches and ocean were never crowded. Shop and restaurants across the street were very nice as well"

"Hotel very well presented, still looks new, room was very spacious and quiet, with kitchen sink, microwave and coffee machine. Good choice of food and drink at breakfast and staff work hard to keep it replenished and tables cleared. Pool is a good size with pool bar and the private beach is very peaceful, with roped-off swimming area and staff to help with sunbeds. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner a couple of times, service was good and food was good quality. Easy to walk to the large number of restaurants in the Palm Beach area and the hotel is on a useful bus route to Oranjestad. Only minor negatives are staff need to clear towels off clearly unused sunbeds more and would be nice to have staff taking drinks orders at sunbeds, which only happened once for us over the 8 days."
