"This listing is just right. The accomodations are like new- very well decorated and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Fully stocked bathroom. The owners live next door and could not have been more friendly or helpful. But my next favorite thing was the location. Mid-city and 2 blocks from the streetcar line which literally takes you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to Morning Call for cafe au lait and beignets. Parking right in front. Wonderful!"

"This was a wonderful house for our family of 5. It was very spacious and clean, with everything we could need! We would definitely stay there again! We especially loved the screen in porch! We enjoyed our short walks to Audubon park and magazine st. "

"The house was great, especially for the great price. Plenty of room and well taken care of. The host was very easy to talk with and took great care of us. My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular. "

"Very nice property with handicap parking right outside the front door. The five rooms are made up of two units connected by a screened-in porch. Very convenient for privacy but the big unit you walk through each bedroom to get to the kitchen in the bathroom. A little inconvenient but not a big issue. Extremely clean very nicely decorated beds are extremely comfortable."
