"My husband and I like to take several short getaways throughout the year. We love staying at the Wyndham Resort and Convention Center in the summer because they have a huge beautiful pool. Pool is very clean and if you have young kids there is a separate sprinkler section. Pool area does provide towels for you but they are very thin. Our room was very clean and our king size bed was very comfortable."

"Very clean and bathroom was updated but rooms are dark with just a couple of lamps. The only suggestion with the breakfast is to have other options to eat. Maybe hard-boiled eggs. This breakfast offered bagels, cereal, yogurt and juice. Otherwise, a nice stay. 24 hour coffee/tea bar was nice and the restaurant next door was convenient. Had good pizza and offered room service."

"I stayed at the property twice in July and loved it. Unfortunately I stayed this time at the Sure Stay building near the pool and t was a very different experience. Not really the hotel's fault, but kids screaming, rattling the pool gate, and families virtually taking over the pool with toys, noodles, floats and diving off the sides made it very unpleasant and noisy. In a calm voice I asked a child who was rattling the metal gate to "please stop" and was told by his mother that I had no right to "yell at her child". Sigh. I wish there was perhaps better policing of the outdoor pool so that everyone could enjoy the space, For sure next time I would stay in the main building, though it is more expensive."

" I missed the lobby as it is basically a office in a back room, but the woman was nice that checked us in. Walking to our room, I noticed big stains on the hallway carpets. Our room was clean but our toilet wasn't flushing properly, but we were promptly given another room. The hotel is great for one or two nights, the pool is inviting, and there is a restaurant attached. There is a friendlys, a Dunkin and a supermarket within walking distance. "

"My family and I couldn't have been happier! The hotel was immaculate our room even better! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely polite. We will absolutely being staying here the next time we come to Lancaster to visit family. I highly recommend 10/10"

"The location is great and the property is very pretty, clean, and the staff is friendly. Took off a star for a few things - the rooms have no microwave, you have to go all the way to the lobby to use a communal microwave and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms, just the mirror in the bathroom. For a higher end hotel with higher prices, these things should really be in each room."
