PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license). The center of Lugano is easily reachable from the luxurious apartments of the Residence La Promenade: with a short and pleasant walk along the lake you can reach the LAC museum in 5 minutes and the renowned shopping street, via Nassa, in the historic center of the city in 8 minutes. By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes.
