It has lovely gardens around the pool and outdoor eating space and is surrounded by green fields so that you feel you are in the countryside despite being a short drive into Arles and a 20 minute walk to a boulangerie. We were made to feel very welcome by Pascale's parents who live in the adjacent property and both they and Pascale could not have been more helpful...

"The house is situated very close to St. Remy de Provence. Is not walking distance but about a 5 minute car ride which is real simple. The house is in a very peaceful area surrounded by farmlands. The house itself is very nice and has all the accommodations you'll need. It even has a working fireplace and all the appliances you'll ever need. The owner Mikl is very nice and is easy to work with. He will make sure you have a nice stay."

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
