It takes an hour to get to Moab from there but well worth the drive! We would absolutely stay there again. John, our host went out of his way to make sure we found the property and enjoyed our stay. "We loved this dog friendly property as did our dogs. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. No phone or TV - Yay! great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious open area. Lots of interesting areas around the property and up the road. Although a family rented the place next door to ours, we really never heard them. Location was ideal to see sites south of Moab, but still just a short 20 minute drive to Moab. Perfect!"

"Beautiful property; clean, functional and ready for us. Even the internet worked. View of snow covered mountains. It's about 20 minutes from downtown Moab, which has its pluses and minuses. It is great for slow starts and slow ends to the day; you won't regret spending more time at the property. We had a slight glitch checking in, with the check-in instructions coming in an (unnoticed) email from a previously unknown property management company instead of through the app or from Vrbo. But they were extremely responsive to messages through the app and it was resolved within 10 minutes of arriving at the property. "

The location is a great base camp for exploring and hiking in the La Sal mountains. We were gifted a snowstorm while there which added to the magic of the place. Mary and her neighbor went above and beyond as they had to help dig & plow our car out when it was time to go. "
