"We loved the Palazzo Grillo. Yes, it is a registered UNESCO World Heritage site and a wonderfully restored hotel that seamlessly blends a palazzo built in 1545 with 21st-century conveniences. "Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
