"Breakfast was mediocre to poor. TV and wifi were awful. Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line was that I spent a lot of time trying different ways to access tv, etc to no avail because the hotel's wifi did not work. And the staff, I think, were pretending the problem was something about trying to operate the systems.
The hotel won't spend the money necessary to provide wifi.

"the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...
"The hot tub has been broken for over a year, there was sand or dirt on the floor. The sheets were actually dirty and I both me and my husband have broken out in full body rashes and I’m not sure how or why we’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and have never had this kind of reaction."
