"Apartment was a good size with all modern amenities. Only real criticism I had was there was barely any toilet paper and no bags to dispose of waste. It was after 11pm when we arrived so didn't want to go and find a shop at that time. Host was lovely and answered my every question promptly prior to going. Without doubt it was value for money"

"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"We required a well equipped apartment for a month's stay for meeting friends and family and attending a wedding. The apartment was well situated for us between both Protaras and Ayia Napa. We were in walking distance for beautiful local beaches and just a bus ride from Ayia Napa. The apartment was spotless and met all our expectations. We even woke at 5.30am to watch the sunrise from our bed! The complex is kept immaculately cleaned. There is a lovely pool with clean changing and toilet...

"We had a great stay, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We made great use of the loungers and BBQ. The only downside is the kitchen equipment. It is not in very good condition and really needs to be replaced. Karen and David were a very nice, helpful couple."

"Fabulous spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool view., immaculate and very modern . All mod cons with great air conditioning and WiFi. Property Owner and Management very attentive, accommodating and very very helpful. Restaurants, bars and beach a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, beach gorgeous. Paul, property owner helped arrange transfers from and to airport which was gratefully appreciated. Certainly would request renting again, with the hope of returning next year, 2020. "Excellent location to beach, restaurants & shops. A little tricky to initially find since there is a Silver Sands Beach Hotel 1 minute by walking away and this place is Silver Sands Penthouse. We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. Beach lounges are only €2.50 a full day and Fig Tree Beach, a 5 minute walk has the best sand, clearest water anywhere. The penthouse has a perfect view and a professional management. We highly...

"Great apartment inside with huge outdoor terrace. First impression when trying to find it and park wasn’t great but don’t let the neighbourhood put you off. Better instructions for location and parking would help (e.g. allocated space in actually under the building and slot for app 5 is shown on wall). Neighbours in another block parking in roadway can make parking a bit challenging especially if you have a long car."

"The garden was in poor condition, without grass. The description stated that the apartment is for 6 people, but there were only 5 beds, the sixth we got was foldable and very uncomfortable."

"The flat is very clean and well equipped. Stelios is avaible and always ready to help. Easy communication. Thanks Stelios! The only downside is that the flat is facing a major street with busses passing by. Very noisy for sensitive people. If you do not mind that: you will enjoy your stay <3."
