Beautiful 5 Star Holiday Villa in a Prime Location in Protaras

5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present, Pernera Villa 1542.

     This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design.

     The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV and dining table seating 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.

     Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda with lovely sea views. There is another double room and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs.

     A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.Satellite TV (Full UK and Russian Satellite) with free Video on Demand and free WI-FI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a luxury property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.
