Casa Luz is one of those discreet gems you always hope to find in a hotel. It is a beautifully carved property into the mountainside right down to the sea. The experience of the location, the lovely, helpful hotel staff, the world class restaurant and the peaceful yoga and massage space epitomize the best of Paraty and its environs. The staff is knowledgeable of and able to arrange any kind of activity from boating to hiking and more. The local food prepared impeccably and with great attention to local plants and available fish and meat at the restaurant aptly named Pindorama or Land of the Palms or perhaps “Paradise” is to be savored. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommend this hotel.

O local da pousada é lindo, natureza espetacular e vista privilegiada. As instalações deixam a desejar pelo preço cobrado. Os apartamentos internos, são básicos. O chalé que ficamos no último dia de estadia, deixou a desejar na limpeza. Outro detalhe mega importante que não avisam antes, tem muitas escadas, e precisa ter uma boa disposição física para ir do chalé até a recepção. Café da manhã muito simples, e sem variedades de um dia pro outro.

Estadia foi excelente, suite ampla e confortável, equipe de atendimento atenciosa, café da manhã bem servido. Faria apenas algumas ressalvas. Falta de espaço para acomodar roupas e produtos de higiene pessoal, as persianas não impedem a entrada de luz e em em fim a falta de atenuante acústica na suite que ficamos ( da mata ) . Todos os dias éramos acordadas por volta de 7h pelas conversas do pessoal da recepção .

Problemas no ralo do banheiro

A experiencia foi decepcionante. O banheiro estava com o ralo do chuveiro entupido, então não podíamos tomar banho sem que alagasse todo o banheiro, chegando agua ate mesmo no quarto. Fomos até a recepção tentar resolver o problema mas o rapaz do turno da noite não foi muito receptivo com a reclamação, dizendo que isso era algo que podia acontecer em qualquer hotel e mandaria alguem da manutenção no quarto. Pedimos para trocar de quarto enquanto a manutenção fizesse o reparo mas ele disse que não seria possível. Resultado: a manutenção só foi no dia seguinte e não conseguiu resolver. No fim da estadia não tivemos nenhum desconto. Disseram que mandariam um voucher para uma diária de cortesia, mas já fazem 2 dias e até agora ninguém enviou nada.

Bom, mas pode melhorar muito

O Hotel fica numa área muito bonita. Porém deixa a desejar o estacionamento, pois a rampa é muito ingrime. Podiam colocar cimento para facilitar a saída. Se chover, fica preso. Outra coisa é o café da manhã. Muito pesado. Sem opção de bolo e pães. Sempre a mesma salada de fruta, o mesmo iogurte, o mesmo cardápio para escolha. Tomei café da manhã só no primeiro dia. O quarta tem um bom espaço, porém no nosso tinha uma barata e um grilo mortos. Pedimos para limpar e ficou lá do mesmo jeito. A área da piscina é muito agradável. O restaurante é muito bonito.

Boa estadia

o local é paradisiaco, com praia privativa pequena, muito lindo mesmo. piscina tbm é pequena, mas dá pra aproveitar. O quarto branco é pequeno e a banheira tbm mto pequena, a acustica não é boa, dá pra ouvir mto barulho dos quartos do lado e da maquina do ar condicionado. A rampa do estacionamento é bem ingrime mas não tivemos problemas maiores, staff muito atencioso.

Ótima estadia!

No geral, as pessoas de Paraty são muito simpáticas e não poderia ser diferente do pessoal do hotel, pessoas incríveis, atenciosas, solícitas e excelentes profissionais. Tive problemas com insetos, e apesar de ser algo comum do local por ser mata atlântica, eles me auxiliaram imediatamente com inseticida e estavam a postos para resolver qualquer que fosse a solicitação. A cidade é linda, e a recepção indica passeios, basta solicitar. Gratidão ao Ivan, por nos receber tão bem quando chegamos e também me levar até a saída quando fomos embora, são esses gestos que cativam! Excente café da manhã, e as moças extremamente cuidadosas. Obrigada Casa Luz ❤️. Hóspedes, não esqueçam o repelente!!

Gostamos muito das instalações. O quarto era realmente tudo aquilo prometido, muito bom! Sentimos falta de um serviço de quarto para aproveitar melhor a sacadinha do quarto. O café da manhã também poderia ser mais diversificado, é muito bom, mas pra quem fica mais dias poderia oferecer mais variedades. A entrada do estacionamento é desafiadora.

Expetativa x realidade

Pelas fotos do quarto e alto valor da estadia, imaginávamos ter dias muito agradáveis, mas infelizmente não foi o que esperávamos. Tivemos problema com o chuveiro no primeiro dia, problemas com a descarga no segundo e para finalizar quando fomos utilizar o ar condicionado, vazava água para dentro do nosso quarto. Foram solícitos em resolver, mas deveriam ter nos mudado de quarto já que a cada dia era um problema. A limpeza do quarto era realizada a cada 2 dias, o que também não nos agradou. A rampa de acesso é péssima e com chuva ficou extremamente perigoso. Pagamos pela vista e pela prainha que eram lindas! Funcionários atenciosos. Nice hidden location with ample accomodations. Small intimate resort, good for couples. Best part was the Food. A varied, generous, and delicious breakfast. Dinner was outstanding with seemingly personal chef service and very romantic setting. The only downside is the beach sand is coarse and the water is difficult to access. But it was very private for sunbathing.

O local é lindo, mas não há sinalização, somente através de aplicativo para chegar, há uma rampa muito ingrime que pode atrapalhar entrada e saída de veículos em dias de chuva.
