Really charming hotel. Very nice staff although not much English spoken, but manageable. We booked the suite to have more room Which was useful as it rained a lot. Very nice breakfast and Paraty itself is lovely

Pousada na entrada é bem bonita, bem decorada. Quarto grande porém, razoável, ficamos num que tinha a janela voltada para a rua, então houve barulho de carros e pessoas passando à noite. Banheiro pequeno, meio apertado, mas estava limpo e ducha era boa. Café da manhã era bom, mas sentimos uma certa má vontade do staff em nos servir as possibilidades a la carte. Localização muito boa!

A qualidade do hotel é muito boa , mas desta vez faltou o aquecimento da jacuzzi da piscina não funcionando , tivemos um item roubado acreditamos no estacionamento ou ao embarcar no carro , pouco interesse de uma verificação adequada das câmeras de segurança .

Hotel muito bom!

Café da manhã muito bom, limpeza impecável de todo o hotel, colchão confortável. Banheiro q eu fiquei, precisa de uma reforminha. Bidê quebrado, porta do box não fecha direito e o frigobar faz muito barulho, atrapalhou bastante durante a noite, chega a ser insuportável!
