"Staff were very friendly throughtout the stay.
Nice seating area downstairs,
We were facing the street so lots of noise throughtout the night, so if your sensitive to noise id suggest a room at the back of the hotel,
We booked a prestige room but it was small,
Bathroom was very small, we had the toilet in a cupboard.
Such a shame as the hotel is very nice and in a good location for sightseeing. "

"Good location for my visit. Good breakfast. Water bottle only provided only on first day, but water can be access from the dispenser on the reception floor. The shortage is there was no microwave.
The staff were friendly and helpful when processing check in and check out. However, one day there was a water leak from entrance ceiling of my room in early morning. The staff seemed not patient when respond to my reporting and questions of the leakage. "
