"Outstanding. We absolutely loved our week at this hotel, with the only minor criticism being the music (which became very annoying) played on the terrace near the bar. However, this is of course a subjective criticism and the staff would turn it down if asked. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and furnished. The 3 pools (one of which is heated) are crystal clear, and the outdoor area has been very well thought out and planted with care. It’s a place that you want to spend time in. In fact, so much so, that we hardly left the hotel for the whole week. We couldn’t fault the staff with everyone being extremely friendly, helpful and fun. It struck us that they seemed to exhibit a lot of pride in their work, and this came out in their focus on attention to details. We think that the management team have done a great job in training, and engendering this spirit in their people. We opted for half board, and both breakfast and evening meals offered a wide choice of dishes. Some really healthy eating options too. Great fresh food. The direct bus from Barcelona airport stops about 100m from the entrance making travel very simple. A big thank you to everyone there, and we will almost certainly go back again. "

"large single room, recently decorated with secure access to shaded shared terrace with table & 2 chairs (although none in room) stayed during power outages with no lights & water from 9pm until 07.45 am the next day so difficult to prepare for 06.30 departure (which never happened of course). the food is truly wonderful with quality ingredients at dinny& breakfast (pulled pork one night, lamb ribs another, fresh tuna, etc. the hotel coped with the power outages wonderfully well and are to be congratulated in this. they also allowed up to 25 “ex guests” to camp out in the lounge overnight as there was nowhere else for them to go - very compassionate "
