"Lovely hotel, in a perfect location. It was very hot when we stayed and our poor little car was melting, the staff kindly allowed us to park in the underground garage. Clean, spacious room, didn’t use the pool as wasn’t there for that long, but would definitely come back "

"This was truly a gem within walking distance to the town centre. We adored the gardens, lobby and resting areas, and the spacious room and the pool. The interior furnishings were luxurious. The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Still it is excellent value nd recommend to stay more than a couple days to truly enjoy the place. "

"Great stay, staff very attentive and friendly! Lovely room we were upgraded to which had fantastic views of the river. Unfortunately, when we went to bed we could only turn aircon down to 21C and it was a hot night. Reported it in the morning and they were going to have a look and rectify problem!"

All staff at the reception was wonderful but I would like to give our special thanks to Isabelle. She was above and beyond making recommendations, booking restaurants, suggesting stores and point if interests. Thank you, Isabelle for your fantastic job! "
