"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station . "
