"The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel."

Front desk people were super friendly and helpful at checkin. Good in the bar was excellent. Even the pool area was very well done, even if it was too cold to go in. The room was huge, very nice bathroom, and tons of space. Would stay here again 100%. "
